Aaron Baker

President

Aaron earned his Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from the  University of Oklahoma; this focus specialized in human resource management, project management, knowledge management, and other associated areas including  customer service and marketing analysis.

His Capstone research proposal focused on examining how servant  leadership relates to organizational commitment in a given organizational setting,  and whether psychological empowerment mediates this relationship.  The crux of  the Capstone is to gain knowledge of psychological concepts that positively impact the well-being of a workforce and, subsequently, the positive treatment of customers and clientele.

He believes personnel empowerment, accountability, engagement and organizational communication can be coalesced into excellent patient care quality.
